Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the Wisdom Seeker membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Fee:

The Wisdom Seeker Membership is billed at $27 USD per month on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize EQUUS to charge your preferred payment method automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are securely processed through Thinkific.

Billing Cycle:

Your billing date is based on the date you initially sign up. Membership renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Thinkific account settings. Upon cancellation, access to all member-exclusive content will remain available through the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

Refund Policy:

Due to the digital and experiential nature of this membership, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please consider this carefully before enrolling.

Member Access:

Membership includes access to exclusive content, digital resources, discounts, and community forums as outlined at the time of purchase. EQUUS reserves the right to update, enhance, or remove membership features at its discretion in order to improve the overall experience. Content is provided for individual use only and may not be shared, distributed, or repurposed without written permission.

Account Responsibility:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Code of Conduct:

Members are expected to engage respectfully and constructively within all EQUUS Collective forums and community spaces. EQUUS reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the community for any conduct deemed harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise in violation of our stated values.

Intellectual Property:

All materials, content, and resources provided within the membership are the intellectual property of EQUUS or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from EQUUS.

Termination by EQUUS:

EQUUS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to all content and community spaces at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that EQUUS deems to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of termination due to a violation of these terms, no refunds will be provided.

Modifications:

EQUUS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any material changes. Continued use of the membership after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your membership before the next billing cycle.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
