The EQUUS Collective
Membership Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before becoming a member of The EQUUS Collective. By completing your membership enrollment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About the Membership
The EQUUS Collective is a membership community offered by Thunderbird Ridge, LLC (operating as EQUUS / EQUUS Inspired). Membership provides access to a monthly arc of curated offerings designed to support your continued learning and growth, including:
Kelly Wendorf's monthly written essay
The Insight, a monthly email with reflections and resources
A live monthly Gathering on Zoom with Kelly and fellow members
Membership is offered on a monthly or annual basis at the following rates:
Monthly: $79 per month
Annual: $55 per month, billed as a single annual payment of $660
2. Enrollment and Billing
By enrolling in The EQUUS Collective, you authorize Thunderbird Ridge, LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected membership plan (monthly or annual).
Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current. If a payment is declined, your access to membership benefits may be paused until payment is resolved.
3. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Members
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after the cancellation date. Access to member benefits will end when the billing period concludes.
Annual Members
Annual memberships are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your annual membership, you will retain full access to all membership benefits through the end of the 12-month billing period for which you have paid. Your membership will not renew at the conclusion of that period.
4. Refund Policy
Monthly membership fees are not refunded for partial months. Annual membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been processed.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at the information provided below within 30 days of the charge, and we will review your request.
5. Access and Content Use
Your membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to The EQUUS Collective offerings. Membership access is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.
All content delivered through The EQUUS Collective, including written essays, emails, recordings, and live session content, is the intellectual property of Thunderbird Ridge, LLC and Kelly Wendorf. You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or share this content without prior written permission.
Live Gathering sessions on Zoom may be recorded by EQUUS for internal and archival purposes. Participants will be notified when recording is in progress. Member participation in these sessions does not grant members any rights to recordings.
6. Member Conduct
The EQUUS Collective is a community grounded in respect, curiosity, and care. By joining, you agree to engage with fellow members and EQUUS staff in a spirit consistent with these values.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, for conduct that is harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the community.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
The content and offerings within The EQUUS Collective are educational and inspirational in nature and are not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. Participation in The EQUUS Collective is voluntary, and members assume responsibility for how they engage with and apply the material shared.
Thunderbird Ridge, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in The EQUUS Collective or use of its content.
8. Changes to Membership or Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, membership pricing, or the structure of offerings at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify active members with reasonable advance notice via email.
Continued participation in The EQUUS Collective following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from or related to your membership shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
