56 Million Years of Wisdom 7 Pillars for Thriving
At the heart of EQUUS is a body of wisdom rooted in seven principles that nature has been living for millions of years: Safety, Connection, Peace, Freedom, Joy, Care, and Presence. They are the conditions under which every living thing thrives, and the same conditions that allow us, as humans, to lead well, love well, and live with meaning.

22 Practices That Will Transform Your Life
In the thirty years that I have been working with people and organizations, these 22 practices will transform your life. Do some of them for a shift, do all of them for a quantum leap.

This is a time to think about adaptive capacities, resilience, and robustness. It’s time to build a sea-worthy vessel that can safely carry you and those you love in rough and unpredictable seas.
How to Create Your Own Fire Ceremony
A fire ceremony is a powerful, ancient, and energetic experiential practice used to release unwanted energies and attachments from the past and make space for new intentions. The ceremony is used to release unhappy memories, beliefs, fears, negative emotions, people, and anything that you are holding onto that doesn’t serve your highest purpose.
Defining your Boundary Basics. The more you acknowledge what you do and don’t like, the easier it will be to identify what boundaries you want in all areas of your life. Thinking it through in advance, rather than on the fly, in the moment, sets you up for success.
