Laura brings a spirit of exploration and a deep reverence for the natural world to everything she does—from navigating sky and sea to building meaningful connections across teams. With a background in Aviation Science, she is training to become a licensed pilot with the goal of supporting animal rescue missions.

A passionate advocate for environmental sustainability, Laura believes our spiritual well-being is deeply connected to the health of the planet. Her long-term vision includes creating an educational retreat center rooted in conservation, community, and regenerative practices.

At EQUUS, Laura strengthens internal systems, fosters team accountability, and nurtures client relationships—all while supporting our mission of purposeful, nature-based transformation.
