Nora Kenney, ACC, EECF,

Nora is a coach and equine-assisted learning facilitator, specializing in purposeful pause as a pathway to human development. After a decade leading global retail growth at Under Armour, she stepped away on sabbatical to Costa Rica, where a retreat with horses marked a turning point in how she understood the role of self-awareness in leadership. It allowed her to move beyond labels and external expectations and reconnect with a wiser, steadier part of herself that had been crowded by constant motion. Nora founded Lacuna Factor to create experiences that invite exploration in the space between- where insight, new perspectives, and possibility can emerge. She spends her time between the U.S. and Costa Rica, where horses are a central part of her work.

Nora is an ICF Certified Professional Coach and EQUUS Experience® Certified Facilitator, with extensive training in equine-assisted learning. She brings a grounded, intuitive approach to her work, blending corporate experience with reflective practice to support people in integrating who they are into how they lead and live.
