Sarah is the founder of Three Trees Connections in Colorado, where she works with non-profitleaders, caregivers and parents, educators, and service-driven professionals — helping them reconnect with themselves, deepen their impact, and step into authentic leadership. Through equine facilitated transformational learning, coaching, and group experiences, she creates supportive spaces to explore identity, align with purpose, and embrace transformation.

With more than 20 years of experience in social services and the non-profit sector, herbackground spans youth work in juvenile justice, mentoring, coaching, facilitation, and program development. Most recently, she led a team of women as Program Director of a local nonprofit, supporting the organization's mission to bridge cultural divides and support immigrants in language development.

Sarah is a graduate of the Blue Mesa Transformational Coaching Program, is certified through the International Coaching Federation, is an EQUUS Experience® Certified Facilitator, and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree to deepen the impact of her work. Her work is grounded in authenticity, partnership, and community.
