  • Friday: 7 P.M. - 9:30 P.M. - Orientation and Meet & Greet.

    Saturday: 9 A.M. - 6 P.M. - Full day with Kelly Wendorf and your new unbridled herd.

    Sunday: 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. - Final full day, farewell lunch.

  • Buffalo Spirit Ranch (home of EQUUS), Santa Fe, New Mexico

  • Travel - Fly into either Santa Fe Regional Airport (United and American airlines), or nearby Albuquerque International Airport - one hour and 15 minutes from downtown Santa Fe (and Thunderbird Ridge). From Albuquerque International Airport you can rent a car, or take the Groome Shuttle, or our lovely Rail Runner Train.

  • EQUUS proudly has a number of accommodations partners locally to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

    • Four Seasons Rancho Encantado - directly next door to our campus

    • La Fonda - a grand historic hotel, downtown on the Plaza

    • Inn of Loretto- gracious and lovely, just off the Plaza

    • Additionally, we partner with several casitas in the enclave of Pueblo Encantado across the road from our campus.*

    Should you choose to stay with any of our partners, please allow us to make a direct introduction for you during your retreat onboarding process.

  • Summer in the high desert of Northern New Mexico can meet hot sunny days and cool nights. We may see an afternoon rain shower.

  • Lunch is offered daily.

    We encourage you to explore and savor the rich flavors of local Santa Fe cuisine for breakfast and dinner.

While we celebrate women and girls of all ages, this retreat is thoughtfully designed for women aged 25 and older who are navigating the deeper layers of personal growth, transition, and self-discovery.
